Nothing better than pancakes and maple syrup? Oh yeah there is: crepes with maple syrup. And maple sugar right in them!
Ingredients
- 140 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
- 20 g (2 tbsp) maple sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 5 eggs
- 500 ml (2 cups) milk
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) melted butter
- 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
- Canola oil, for the pan
- To serve: maple syrup, grade of your choice
