• 1 ¼ cups canned coconut milk
• 3 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons ginger
• 2 teaspoons cardamom
• ½ teaspoon nutmeg
