Olive oil crust Maple Pecan pie - Pompeian

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt or table salt
• 3/4 cup Pompeian Made Easy Bake olive oil
• 1/2 cup warm water
• 6 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 cup packed light brown sugar
• 2 Tablespoons flour
• 2/3 cup pure maple syrup
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 large eggs
• 1/4 teaspoon maple extract OR 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups chopped pecans
