• 250g pasta, penne, campanelle, orecchiette
• 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
• 150g beef bacon, sliced into ribbons
• 1 small zucchini (6 ounces), thinly sliced on the bias
• 1/2 cup thinly sliced scallions
• 2 Tbsp fresh mint, sliced finely
• 2 Tbsp parsley, roughly chopped
• Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
• 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
• 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
