• 125 gram softened butter
• 1 1/2 cup (240g) icing (confectioners’) sugar
• 2 tablespoon milk
• brown and blue food colouring
• 500 gram ready-made white icing
• pure icing (confectioners') sugar, for dusting
• 2 metres x 2mm wide white ribbon
• 1 egg white, beaten lightly
• 20 centimetre netting
• 12 double-pointed toothpicks
• 1/4 cup (35g) dark chocolate melts
• 1/2 cup (75g) white chocolate melts
• 3 black licorice straps
• 1 red licorice strap, cut into thin strips
• 1 fruit roll-up
• 8 small mints
• 1 mint slice biscuit
• 8 mint leaves
