Ingredients

• 500 grams beef
• 3 carrots
• 1 leek
• 1 red onion
• 2 stalks celery
• 3 cloves garlic
• Chopped parsley
• Chopped rosemary
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• ½ glass white wine
• 2 kilos potatoes
• 1 egg yolk
• 200 ml milk
• ½ cup beef stock
• Pine nuts
• Black olives
• Salt and pepper
