• 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
• 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
• 2 cups diced cooked sausage (or steak cubes/chicken cubes/polony)
• 2 tablespoon butter
• 1 large onion (diced fine)
• 1 punnet button mushrooms
• 1 large tomato (diced)
• ½ green pepper (diced)
• ½ teaspoon salt
