Mexican Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 lb. hamburger
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 2 cups Plum tomatoes chopped
• 1 15 oz. can white corn drained
• 1 15 oz. can black beans drained and rinsed
• 1 small can green chilies drained
• 2 packets taco seasoning
• 1 package Weight Watchers Mexican Blend grated cheese
• 1 small bunch cilantro chopped
• 3/4 cup Light sour cream
• 12 small white corn tortillas
