Zesty Crab Spread - Clover Leaf

Ingredients

• In a small bowl beat cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, horseradish and garlic until smooth. Flake the crabmeat into bowl; stir in red pepper and mix until well blended.
• Spoon into serving dish. Cover and refrigerate.
• Uncover at time of serving and sprinkle with chopped parsley or paprika.
• Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, snow peas or endive leaves.
