• 1 cup Gefen Cornflake Crumbs
• 1 tablespoon wasabi powder
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1 tablespoon orange juice
• 2 teaspoons Glicks Soy Sauce
• 2 teaspoons Gefen Honey
• dash of salt
• 1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise (low-fat is fine)
• 2 tablespoons orange juice
• 1 teaspoon orange zest
• 1/2 teaspoon Gefen Honey (or a bit more if you like it sweeter)
