Ingredients
- oil for frying
- 150g cake flour
- 5ml Chinese five spice powder
- 3ml garlic powder
- salt and milled black pepper, to taste
- 2 eggs
- 80g fresh white breadcrumbs
- 120g panko crumbs*
- 500g assorted mushrooms, such as button, brown and enoki
- 10ml coriander seeds
- 5ml cumin seeds
- 125g sour cream
- 60ml mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- zest and juice of 1 lime
- 45ml fresh coriander, chopped
