- 2 tablespoons espresso ground organic french vanilla coffee
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 whole butternut squash
- 2 tablespoons 100% raw organic honey
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- coconut oil for basting squash
