Yep we can thank my Irish roots for this one. I have to be honest I had no idea how this was going to turn out and it is a mixture of about a gazzillion
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 2 1/2 pounds of sweet potatoes (peeled, and cubed)
- 1 medium white onion (diced into 1 inch pieces)
- 2 carrots peeled and grated
- 10 oz frozen peas
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder
- 4 tablespoons ghee
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1 very ripe banana
- salt and pepper to taste
- coconut oil
