We used crème fraîche to add a welcome tangy note to these velvetly hazelnut chocolate bars cookies. It's a match made in heaven!
Ingredients

- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
- ¾ cup 1½ sticks cold unsalted butter, cut

- 4 ounces crème fraîche
