- 1 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 cups grated fresh beetroot ( about 2 med sized beetroot)
- 1 cup grated carrot ( 1 medium carrot)
- ½ cup grated apple
- Handful fresh mint leaves, chopped
- ½ cup Cinderella Raisins
- ¼ cup walnuts toasted*
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- 50g feta
