Ingredients

• 2½ cups all-purpose flour, divided
• 2½ cups bread flour, divided
• ⅓ cup granulated sugar
• 2 packets (4½ teaspoons) Fleischmann’s ® RapidRise ® Instant Yeast
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1½ cups water
• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 large egg
• ⅔ cup strawberry jam
• 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped into small bits
• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
• 3 cups confectioners' sugar
• 4–6 tablespoons whole milk
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• Sliced strawberries, for garnish
