Olive Oil Cake with Dulce de Leche Filling and Chocolate Frosting - Confessions of a Chocoholic

Ingredients

• 1 cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for pans
• 2 cups all purpose flour, plus more for pans
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, plus freshly-grated zest from one lemon
• 1 1/4 cups whole milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 12 oz milk chocolate
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 12 oz prepared dulce de leche (I used Nestle La Lechera)
