Pomelo salad with prawns; Yum Like O .... recipe

Ingredients

• optional Desiccated coconut
• Large shrimp with tail; approximately 300 g or more if in love with shrimp or less if you are not so wild with them .... thawed!
• 1 Chili
• 1 Håndful fresh cilantro
• 1 tsp Coconut oil to fry in
• 1 Lime
• 1 Pomelo
• 1 tbsp Risvins vinegar
• 1 Red onion
• 1 tbsp Cane sugar
