- 100g instant polenta
- 50g almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 50g stevia
- 2 eggs
- 200g Graham’s natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted (I used LucyBee)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 150g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 150g Graham’s Quark
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 heaped teaspoon beetroot powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons freeze-dried raspberries, to decorate
