Mushroom burger with barbecue and whiskey sauce

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp Flora Plant B+tter Salted
• 1 small onion finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
• 2 tbsp tomato puree
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• small cup of whiskey
• 400 ml tomato sauce
• 20 g black treacle
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp mustard
• 400 gr mushrooms sliced
• 1 medium onion
• 2 tbsp Flora Plant salted
• 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
• 250 ml vegetable stock
• 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh thyme
• 6 whole-wheat hamburger buns
• handful of rocket
