• 1 C freshly squeezed Grapefruit Juice
• 1/4 C Honey
• 3 Campari Tomatoes, roughly chopped
• 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
• 3 whole Allspice
• 1/2 Tsp Five-spice Powder
• 1/4 Tsp Kosher Salt, optional
• 1/4 Tsp freshly ground Black Peppercorns
• 11 – 14 Lb fully cooked bone-in Smoked Ham, preferably fat cap intact
