Ingredients

• 1/2 Tbsp butter
• 1/2 Tbsp flour
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 cup grated medium Cheddar cheese, such as Tillamook
• 1/2 cup cooked macaroni noodles
• 2 lbs ground chuck
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• Vegetable oil, for brushing on the grill rack
• 12 slices extra thick bacon
• 6 potato hamburger buns, split
• 6 Tbsp ketchup
• 6 tsp yellow mustard
