Puget Sound Knappers

Ingredients

• 2 14-16 oz pkgs. of frozen hash browns
• 16 oz sour cream
• 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup ( you can use cream of broccoli)
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/2 -1 cup bread crumbs
