• salt and pepper to taste
• A pinch of ground nutmeg
• Fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional)
• 1 can chopped tomatoes (400 g)
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 50 ml olive oil
• ½ tsp chilli flakes
• 1 tbsp dried oregano
• A pinch of sugar
