• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 ribs celery, diced
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 2½ cups whole (3.25%) milk
• ¼ cup The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce
• 3 tbsp The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1½ cups shredded cooked chicken
• ⅓ cup crumbled blue cheese
