• 1 garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped

• ½ c grated Parmesan
• 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
• 0 zest of 1 lemon
• 1 c ricotta cheese
• ¾ c peas
• ⅓ c finely chopped basil, loosely packed
• ⅓ c finely chopped parsley, loosely packed
