• Peach Topping:
• Lemon juice
• 1 1/2 c. thinly sliced peaches
• 3/4 c. firmly packed lt. brown sugar
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1/2 c. flaked coconut
• 2 Tbsp. half & half
• 1 tsp. almond extract
