• 1-1/2 pound of Green Beans, trimmed and washed
• 4 Slices of Bacon, chopped
• 1 Small Onion, chopped
• 3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
• 2 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter
• 2 Tbsp of Four
• 10 oz of Mushrooms sliced
• 1-1/4 cup of Chicken Stock
• 1/4 cup of Heavy Cream
• 1/4 cup of Freshly Grated Parmiggiano
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• Homemade French Fried Onion
• 2 Tsp of Fresh Thyme
