- ½ onion,finely chopped

- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- Salt and freshly grounded black pepper
- Fresh basil leaves to garnish
- Handful parmesan cheese, grated
