Danish Creamery : Chicken Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients

• 6 Tablespoons Danish Creamery Butter, plus more for pan
• 4 chicken breasts
• Kosher salt
• freshly ground black pepper
• 8 ounces mixed mushrooms, sliced
• 1 bunch flat leaf kale, ribs removed and leafs roughly chopped
• 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
• ½ cup white wine (or an additional ½ cup chicken broth)
• 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
• 1 (13 ¾ ounces) can artichoke hearts, drained
