- 2 sticks butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 2/3 cup corn powder
- 1/4 cup corn flour OR 1/4 cup all purpose flour + 4 teaspoons corn powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup rice crispies
