• 350 g Linguine
• 50 g shelled clams + 5 left in their shells
• 50 g shelled mussels + 5 left in their shells
• 100 g shelled shrimps + 4 left whole
• 100 g small, peeled langoustines + 4 left whole
• 100 g baby squid, cleaned
• 3 tbsp dry white wine
• 6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 30 g fresh parsley
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 dried chilli pepper
• salt
