Ingredients

• 1.50 clams (very good too, with scallops)
• 2 onions
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tomato
• 1 bouquet garni
• 2 glasses of white wine
• Salt pepper
• 2 tablespoons of curry
• The milk of a grated coconut (or brick)
