• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 12 oz. jumbo shells, uncooked
• 2 cups water
• 25 oz. jar of marinara or spaghetti sauce
• fresh basil and crushed red pepper flakes for garnish
