Ingredients

• 1 bunch of asparagus, approximately 250g
• 1 tbsp of olive oil
• 1 large white onion, roughly chopped
• 1 leek, roughly chopped
• 1 celery stick, roughly chopped
• 1l chicken stock
• 200g of smoked haddock
• 100ml of double cream
• chopped chives, to garnish
• garlic flowers, to garnish (optional)
