Pear & Apple Crumble

Ingredients

• 4 medium apples
• 2 large pears
• 50 g fruit cake mix
• 100 g brown sugar
• 5 ml cinnamon
• 4 cloves
• 80 ml apple juice
• zest of an orange or naartjie
• 30 ml flour
• 250 ml flour
• 125 ml brown sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 ml salt
• 50 g finely chopped walnuts
• 125 g roughly chopped walnuts
• 125 g butter (at room temperature)
