Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked pasta (spirals or macaroni is good)
- 1 small onion diced
- 1/2 red capsicum chopped
- 1/4 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1 small tin of tuna in oil (drained and flaked) *see notes
- 60 grams of ham chopped *see notes
- 2 generous teaspoons of grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 40 grams tasty cheese
