• 1 tsp thyme, dried
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp red wine vinegar
• 2 tsp poppy seeds
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/2 cup sour cream, light
• 2 slices rye

• 1/4 cup parsley, fresh, minced
