• 10 cups of water , divided
• 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
• 0.75 cup of barbecue sauce
• 0.5 cup of packed dark brown sugar
• 0.33 cup of beer
• 3 tbsp of maple syrup
• 2 tbsp of stone- ground mustard
• 1 tsp of salt
