Garden Peas Cheesy Pasta Bake - Green Isle

Ingredients

• 250g of penne or fusilli pasta
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 1 small pack of lardons or bacon diced
• 2 chicken breasts cut into bitesize pieces
• 1 carrot, finely chopped
• Handful of cherry tomatoes
• 480ml (2 cups) of passata
• 200g Green Isle Garden peas
• Splash of Tabasco sauce (optional)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 teaspoons of Oregano
• Salt and Pepper to season
• 120g of grated cheese
