Chimichurri sauce – Kamado Bono

• 125 ml finely chopped parsley
• 2 tbsp finely chopped oregano
• 4 cloves grated garlic
• 125 ml very finely chopped onion
• 1 very finely chopped chili pepper
• 2-4 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 125 ml olive oil
• Salt, pepper
