Ingredients

• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 pound spaghetti
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 3/4 cups heavy cream
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• Kosher salt
• Black pepper
• 1/2 pound Everret’s Smoke Salmon, cut into pieces
• 2 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill
• 1/4 cup chicken broth
