Spiced toffee and pear crumble Recipe

Ingredients

• 175g soft brown sugar
• zest and juice of two large organic lemons
• 2 tbsp ground allspice
• 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground cloves
• 4 ripe pears peeled,cored and roughly chopped
• 2 bramley apples,peeled,cored and roughly chopped
• 200g brown rice flour
• 100g chestnut flour
• 2 pinches salt
• 150g unsalted butter, very cold
