Mango Salsa

Ingredients

• 2 large Mangoes diced
• 3 Plum tomatoes diced
• 1 Red bell pepper diced
• 1 Red onion chopped
• 2 tablespoons Garlic minced
• 1/2 Jalapeno peppers minced
• 2 teaspoons Ground cumin
• 2 tablespoons Olive oil
• 4 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
• Zest of two limes
• Freshly ground pepper
• 2 dash Tabasco sauce
• 1 cup Cilantro coarsely chopped
