• 5 small cluster tomatoes (quartered)
• 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
• 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
• salt & pepper
• sprinkling of dried thyme
