Luck of the Irish - Bump Guinness Pot Pie ☘️🍺 – Bump Plant-Enhanced Meat

Ingredients

• 1 pound Bump Plant Enhanced Meat
• 1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp thyme, chopped
• 3 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
• 3 celery stalks, chopped
• 1 cup gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 2 tbsp all purpose flour
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 can Guinness beer

• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 pie dough
• 1 large egg, plus 1 tbsp water
