Ingredients
- 1kg steak cut into big pieces. cooked with:
- 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- Few dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon mayo
- 1 teaspoon green masala
- 1 teaspoon crushed green chillies
- Salt and pepper
- Add in 1 tray sliced mushrooms. Salt and pepper. Fry.
- Add in 1 sachet cheddermelt sauce and 1 cup fresh cream.
