Pumpkin and fennel puff pastry tart
This pumpkin and fennel puff pastry tart has amazing flavor combinations, with persimmon! Easy and great for lunch or as a starter.
Ingredients
- 6 square or 1 large puff pastry sheet
- 1/2 butternut squash or any other kind of pumpkin
- 4 bay leaves
- 1 fennel bulb
- 1 ripe persimmon / kaki fruit
- handful of small lettuce leaves of your choice
- a few tablespoons of creme fraîche
- pepper and salt to taste
