• 120 g butter, sea salt chilled and cubed
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves crushed
• 1 leek washed and thinly sliced

• 300 g pumpkins Peeled and Dices into 1.5 cm cubes
• 200 g Puck® Premium Feta Cheese Crumbled
