• 1 cup butter, softened
• 2 – 1.25 oz packets Cocoa Classics® Mint & Chocolate Cocoa Mix
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 ½ cups cups all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup cup baking cocoa
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 cup crème de menthe baking chips
• Additional crème de menthe baking chips (optional)
